Roc Ya Body is their most popular single to date. It peaked at #5 in the UK and topped the Official UK Ringtone chart. The group released a follow-up single called "Bounce, Shake, Move, Stop!" in 2006 in the UK.
In the music video the main singer opens a gate to reveal lots of scantily clad dancers. the dancers then dance around the group.
